Night Drive encourages you to enjoy the ride with your car windows down, and volume & bass at the highest volume possible. Cruise the back roads during Sunset hours, or through some city lights, as the album titled track “Night Drive” gives you a warm & fuzzy funky feeling from head to toe.
As a great musical traveller, David Walters started the creation of this LP with Patchworks (producer of "Soleil Kreyol"). Then, in Sheffield, the most tropical city in the north of England, David composed most of the tracks with Tom Excel (producer of Onipa, Nubiyan Twist, K.O.G...) before flying to Los Angeles to mix the whole thing with DJ / producer Captain Planet.
Lyckle de Jong’s debut LP ‘bij Annie op bezoek’ captures moments of his encounter with Annie. An elderly lady in her mid 80’s, who has been living in quarantine for almost a decade.The album has a cinematic feel and inherents several interludes of Annie singing her favourite ‘Schlager’ songs, recorded live in her living room. It feels like entering a different world - Annie’s world…
