To celebrate the 10 years of Cracki Records, we decided to offer you a new compilation which is not only a return towards the past, gathering the titles which marked the history of Cracki, but also a glance towards the future with the meeting of artists who always gravitated in our close environment. Our wish is to reunite the constellation of friendly and sincere influences that surrounds us through featurings, remixes and exclusive collaborations. In addition to our usual friends, we will meet on this compilation Juan Wauters, Chassol, David Numwami, Lord Apex, NxxxxxS, Myd, Voiski, Tryphème, Myth Syzer or Black Devil Disco Club.With these new collaborations that cross the borders, Cracki Records projects itself towards unknown territories, always searching innovative projects, against fashion and mercantile imperatives. The artistic effervescence, the sensitivity and the human aspect will always come first.

We like to present to you our upcoming release with a day one selection of friends.The 12” starts with the euphoric rave anthem “Members of Warning 2021” by Giraffi Dog & Erik Jähalli. A track title some of you might recognize which will bring peace and harmony to your mind again but also reflects the everyday struggle in autotuneish melancholy. Second we have the heartwarming Hip Hop cut “Shout Outs” which is dedicated to da family and our sweet raver posse. The B side hits different as Henry 3000 is a G when it comes to baba Electro bombs while DJ Hummer understands to cool it down in trancy Westcoast Funk manner.

From the fertile ground that gave us X-Kalay comes a new initiative. Christened Another Place, the inaugural release, courtesy of London’s Ocean Stirs, sets the label’s stall out with a glorious volley of lush breakbeat ballistics. Same faces, new signal, different intent.Complete with a quote from Dune author Frank Herbert, 'Luminescent' sets fathoms-deep bass frequencies against widescreen pads and heart-rending melodic flourishes. Then, not to be outdone, key jungle revivalist Tim Reaper assumes remix duties on the A2. Beefed up with rough-cut percussion and propulsive flex, the Future Retro founder brings a hefty dose of jungle acceleration.‘Pressure’ does exactly what it says on the tin: serious low-end dynamics laced with euphoric melancholy. ‘Stitch’, on the other hand, melds everything there is to love about its predecessors. The exquisitely calibrated introspection recalling echoes of Goldie's seminal 1995 masterpiece, ‘Timeless’.
