This release is a promise from Micron Audio to provide only carefully crafted and curated electronic music from progressive minded artists. Nothing friendly... Period. Galaxian: An intelligent, intricate composition of titanium android parts and artificial intelligence. LOKA: Sidewalk cracking, body moving waveforms, that strongly reflect the title of the track. Ctrls: Like listening to an audio book on neuroscience except you can dance to it and raise your IQ at the same time. 6SISS: This sonic blast gives you fair warning that you're going to travel about 20 years into the future.
It's time AGAIN - Spandau20 returns with a 3 tracker providing utmost utility for your bag. Looking to inject a dose of euphoria? Label mainstay Dajusch has got your back on A1. Need a fix of that deep'n'groovy? Service at the church of Fadi Mohem starts on A2, here in signature Spandau20 fashion. Desire a showstopper? Look no further than the flipside, label heads FJAAK always deliver on their promise.
YUNG DUMB Records and Model Future present Wade Galaxy. A collaboration between Toronto-based AZARI, Butr, and vocalist Jeremy Glenn. The trifecta comes forward with an EP that will bring you through a modular soundscape of love, lust, and distrust inside the hypercube. The A-Side is a hazy fusion of R&B and slowed electro, accompanied by Jeremy Glenn's ethereal vocals. The B-Side provides a room shaking cerebral 2-step remix of 'Phaze' by James Bangura of Black Rave Culture via Washington, DC.
‘’Ruff drum computer- and bubbling ambient excursions from Bonn, Germany, making their first appearance on vinyl for the new decennium’’.Newly established label Raakvlak plucks a lush synth gem from the depths of 80’s D.I.Y.- cassette culture for their inaugural release. Heil Eris / Enjoy sees the first-time reissue of the work of German synth-wizards Overflow. The group, conceived as the session band of cult tape label Brainstorm-Studio, merely released two cassettes within the timespan of one year, of which Raakvlak now has culled some of the finest moments.Out of a matrix of drum computers, synths, voices, tape FX and a flute come these five live-takes (no overdubbing used!), dedicated to the trio’s mascot Apumé, which was present at all sessions.
Following up the Ambivalent album from Satoshi earlier this year, these mix out sessions feature Soichi Terada and Kuniyuki on edit and remix duties."Coastlines" is reconstructed by Soichi Terada as a house track in his recognizable style, expanding the positive and light dance music appeal of the original. Kuniyuki made two new versions of the track "After New Dawn". Version 1 is a beat-down version that melds the ambience and beautiful melody of Kuniyuki's view of the world, while Version 2, with its percussion, piano, and dubby guitar, will fill up your lacrimal glands...
